Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For made-to-order, custom-stitched, or specially tailored garments, processing may take additional time depending on the complexity of the design. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within:

Damaged Packages
