We at Raxon™ are committed to providing high-quality fashion and a smooth customer experience. Please review our updated policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted.
A Cancellation Fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.
For prepaid orders, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
For COD orders, the refund (after deduction) will be processed via bank transfer.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
The returned product must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original packaging
With all original tags and labels intact
A Return Fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted from the refund. This covers reverse shipping, inspection, and restocking.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
Refund Methods:
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (after confirmation).
The 5% fee is non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Customized or altered garments.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
