At Raxon, every garment is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and quality. To preserve the integrity and exclusivity of our products, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy designed to ensure a seamless customer experience.

7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Be in original condition without any signs of use
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Have all tags attached
  • Have the original Raxon signature brand tag loop fully intact and unbroken

Important Brand Protection Policy

Every Raxon garment is fitted with a proprietary Raxon signature tag loop, which serves as proof that the product has not been worn or altered.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The Raxon tag loop is cut, broken, removed, or tampered with
  • Original tags are missing
  • The product shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration

This policy helps us maintain the premium standards and authenticity associated with every Raxon piece.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-stitched or altered garments
  • Made-to-measure products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products with a damaged or missing Raxon tag loop

Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Share your Order ID and clear photographs of the item
  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
  • Pickup will be arranged where service is available
  • The replacement item will be dispatched after inspection and approval

Refund Process

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and videos of the product and packaging.

In such cases, Raxon will bear all return shipping costs.

Size Exchanges

We recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing an order. If a size exchange is requested, it will be accommodated subject to stock availability and compliance with the policy conditions above.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return or exchange procedure.
