• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.
• A 5% Cancellation Fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and handling costs.
• Prepaid Orders: The balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
• COD Orders: Refunds (after deductions) will be processed via bank transfer.

• Returns are accepted within 1 day of delivery.
• The product must be:

1. Unused and unwashed
2. In its original packaging
3. With all original tags and labels intact
4. A 5% Return Fee will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse shipping, inspection, and restocking.

2. In its original packaging
3. With all original tags and labels intact

• Exchanges are allowed for:

1. Size issues (subject to stock availability)
2. Defective or damaged items (on verification by our team)
3. An Exchange Fee of 5% of the product price (capped at ₹1000 maximum) will apply to cover reverse shipping, inspection, and re-dispatch.

• If the requested size/style is unavailable, the order will be processed as a return & refund instead.
