Raxon® – Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Raxon®, we are committed to delivering premium fashion with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.
- A 5% Cancellation Fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and handling costs.
- Prepaid Orders: The balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds (after deductions) will be processed via bank transfer.
2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 1 day of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags and labels intact
- A 5% Return Fee will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse shipping, inspection, and restocking.

3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 1 day of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags and labels intact
- Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size issues (subject to stock availability)
- Defective or damaged items (on verification by our team)
- An Exchange Fee of 5% of the product price (capped at ₹1000 maximum) will apply to cover reverse shipping, inspection, and re-dispatch.
- If the requested size/style is unavailable, the order will be processed as a return & refund instead.

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund Modes:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (after confirmation).
⚠️ Please note: The 5% fee is non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or altered garments.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
